Result
The major version number.
Description
Returns the major Mac OS version number.In macOS 10.4.17 this would be the decimal value 10.
On macOS Big Sur, this returns 11 and on macOS Monterey this returns 12.
Older versions of FileMaker (e.g. version 18) will only run in compatibility mode on newer macOS version and may only see 10.16 as version.
Changed to return Ubuntu version on Linux for v13.5.
