Returns version text.
Description
Returns the Name of the operating system with version.e.g. "macOS 10.5.1"
Older versions of FileMaker (e.g. version 18) will only run in compatibility mode on newer macOS version and may only see 10.16 as version. Then this function returns 0 on Ventura.
Changed to return Ubuntu version on Linux for v13.5.
