iOSApp.SetSignificantTimeChangeScript
Sets the script to be run when time changes.

Result
Returns OK or error.
Description
Sets the script to be run when time changes.Posted when there is a significant change in time, for example, change to a new day (midnight), carrier time update, and change to or from daylight savings time.
Version 10.2 and newer stores this in preferences, so it is restored if app when app starts again after being killed in background.
