Window.Scrollbar.SetScrollElasticity
Sets the scroll elasticity for a window.

Result
Returns OK or error.
Description
Sets the scroll elasticity for a window.Since FileMaker 14 windows bounce on the scrolling edge and this function can change behavior.
Examples
Sets the mode to none for front window:
MBS("Window.Scrollbar.SetScrollElasticity"; 0; "none")
Set scrollbar elasticity after delay of 0.1 seconds:
Set Variable [ $r ; Value: MBS( "Schedule.EvaluateAfterDelay"; 0.1; "MBS(\"Window.Scrollbar.SetScrollElasticity\"; 0; \"none\")") ]
