Result
Returns number or error.
Description
Queries the state of the web request.State 0 is freshly allocated, 1 is connection received, 2 is data arrived, 3 is processed.
If you use WebHook.Check, you may only see requests with state 3, but if you use WebHook.List, you may see earlier states like 1 and 2.
