Returns new user notification reference number.

### Description

Creates a new user notification.  
All [UserNotification](component_UserNotification.md) functions require macOS 10.8.  
This is for sending user notifications to the Mac your FileMaker solution runs on. Not for remote notifications or notifications to iOS devices.
