Encoding | The text encoding for result. Default is native. This function can also handle UTF-16 as well as UTF-16LE and UTF-16BE for little/big endian byte order. Possible encoding names: ANSI, ISO-8859-1, Latin1, Mac, Native, UTF-8, DOS, Hex, Base64 or Windows. More listed in the FAQ. |

Description
Decode an URL string.This function should work the same as PHP's urldecode function.
Examples
Decode URL as UTF-8:
MBS( "Text.DecodeFromURL"; "Hello+World"; "utf8" )
Example result: Hello World
Encode and Decode with umlauts and UTF-8:
$v = "Hello öäü"
$e = MBS( "Text.EncodeToURL"; "$v; "utf8" )
# e has now value "Hello+%C3%B6%C3%A4%C3%BC"
$d = MBS( "Text.DecodeFromURL"; $e; "utf8" )
# d has now value "Hello öäü"
