Sets whether to highlight if/loop blocks in script editor.

Result
Returns OK or error.
Description
Sets whether to highlight if/loop blocks in script editor.Default is enabled.
This setting can be set via the preferences dialog, too.
Examples
Turn if/loop highlighting on:
MBS( "SyntaxColoring.ScriptIfLoopHighlight.SetEnabled"; 1 )
Turn if/loop highlighting off:
MBS( "SyntaxColoring.ScriptIfLoopHighlight.SetEnabled"; 0 )
