Decodes html text.

(old name: String.DecodeFromHTML)

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Example	Flags
text	The text you want to decode.	"Grüße"
Options	Pass 1 to leave XML escapes unchanged.	0	Optional

The decoded text.

Example result: Grüße

Decode html entities, but leave xml entities unchanged:

MBS("Text.DecodeFromHTML"; "<test>&auml;&amp;&lt;</test>"; 1)

Example result: "<test>ä&amp;&lt;</test>"
