Returns OK or error.
Description
Sets the icon of a window in Windows.You may need to use GMImage.NewImagesFromContainer to read image from container first.
Examples
Set progress dialog icon:
# load image
Set Variable [ $image ; Value: MBS( "GMImage.NewImagesFromContainer"; ProgressDialog::Icon) ]
# set icon
Set Variable [ $r ; Value: MBS("ProgressDialog.SetTitleIcon"; $image) ]
# later free it
Set Variable [ $r ; Value: MBS( "GMImage.Release"; $image) ]
