LDAP.SimpleBind

Authenticates a client to a server, using a plaintext password.

Parameters

Parameter Description Example

LDAPRef The reference number for the LDAP connection. $ldap

dn The name of the user to bind as.
The bind operation uses the dn and password parameters to authenticate the user.

Password The password of the user specified in the dn parameter.

Returns OK or error.
