GMImage.GetProfile

Retrieve a named profile from the image.

Parameters

Parameter Description Example Flags

ImageRef The image reference number. 1

name the string with the name of the profile. "IPTC"

Filename The filename to use for the profile. Default is "profile". "myprofile.icc" Optional

Result

Returns a container file value with the embedded profile file.

Description

Retrieve a named profile from the image.
Valid names are: "8BIM", "8BIMTEXT", "APP1", "EXIF", "APP1JPEG", "ICC", "ICM", & "IPTC" or an existing user/format-defined profile name.

Examples

Get EXIF data blob:

MBS( "GMImage.GetProfile"; $img; "EXIF" )
