AnnotationHandle The annotation index. 5
StartPointLineEndStyle Can be None, Butt, Circle, ClosedArrow, Diamond, OpenArrow, RClosedArrow, ROpenArrow, Slash or Square. "Diamond"
EndPointLineEndStyle Can be None, Butt, Circle, ClosedArrow, Diamond, OpenArrow, RClosedArrow, ROpenArrow, Slash or Square. "Diamond"

Result

Returns OK or error.
