Selects an event with occurrance for editing.

Parameters

| EventRef | The reference to the event. | $EventRef |
| OccurranceDate | The occurrance date. | $OccurranceDate |
Result
Returns new temporary event ID or error.
Description
Selects an event with occurrance for editing.This will select an event and return a new reference which you can use for other editing functions to work on an event.
Some events have several occurrence dates, but same unique IDs.
