Sets the sounds for this alarm.

Parameters

Parameter Description Example
alarmRef The reference to the calendar alarm. $alarmRef
soundName The new sound name. "Submarine"

Result

Returns OK or error.

Description

Sets the sounds for this alarm.
Setting a sound will also set the action to Sound as well as set the emailAddress and URL to nil.
Expects the name of a system alert.
Check this folders to find possible sound names:
  • ~/Library/Sounds
  • /Library/Sounds
  • /Network/Library/Sounds
  • /System/Library/Sounds
