MBS( "AVRecorder.StopRecording"; AVSession ) 

**MBS**( **"AVRecorder.StopRecording";** /\* Stops recording. \*/  
**$AVSession**) /\* The ID for the AVRecorder session as returned by [AVRecorder.Init](AVRecorderInit.md). \*/ 

### Parameters

| AVSession | The ID for the AVRecorder session as returned by [AVRecorder.Init](AVRecorderInit.md). | $AVSession |

### Result

Returns OK or error.

### Description

Stops recording.  
Currently on Mac the preview will continue (if enabled) and you can record again.   
On Windows it looks like you can only tear down session.
