The issuer name.  
Returns a list of key=value entries.

Shows issuer name:

If \[MBS ("IsError")\]  
 Show Custom Dialog \["Error"; $cert \]  
Else  
 Show Custom Dialog \["IssuerName"; MBS ( "X509.IssuerName"; $cert )\]
