Can be language tag, display name or localized name of the language.  
  
If empty, we use the current user’s language as returned by [WindowsOCR.CurrentInputMethodLanguageTag](WindowsOCRCurrentInputMethodLanguageTag.md) function.e.g. "de-DE" \*/

| LanguageTag | The language specification.   Can be language tag, display name or localized name of the language.      If empty, we use the current user’s language as returned by [WindowsOCR.CurrentInputMethodLanguageTag](WindowsOCRCurrentInputMethodLanguageTag.md) function. | "de-DE" | Optional |

### Result

Returns reference number or error.

### Description

Creates a new OCR engine.  
If LanguageTag is empty, we try to use current language from the current user on Windows.  
If the language can be resolved to any of the OCR languages available on the device, we return a reference number for the OCR engine.  
Please use [WindowsOCR.Release](WindowsOCRRelease.md) later to free the object.
