This function returns True if the Specified web viewer is still loading.

WebViewerRef | Either the Web Viewer Object Name or the Web Viewer ID as returned by "WebView.FindByName" function. |
Description
This function returns True if the Specified web viewer is still loading.This useful if you need to delay making a javascript call to WebViewer until it it is done loading.
If you use this in a loop to wait for WebViewer, please exit loop when this function doesn't return a 1. So you exit also when an error occurs.
For websites which load more data (e.g. pictures) while you surf the page, the plugin will not notice that.
