Deliver a notification immediately, including animation or sound alerts.

Result

Returns "OK" on success.

Description

Deliver a notification immediately, including animation or sound alerts.
It will be presented to the user (subject to user preferences). UserNotification.isPresented will always return 1 if a notification is delivered using this method.

If notification is not showing, please check system preferences to see whether FileMaker is allowed to post notifications and what types are allowed. e.g. with action or not. Notification by default do not show while a keynote presentation is running as OS X delays them.
