Returns handler.
Description
Queries the default scheme handler for the given scheme name.On Mac returns the bundle id. e.g. com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch for Fetch.app.
On Windows returns command line for launching target app. e.g. '"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" %1'
