Sets the URL to query when schedule runs.

Result
Returns OK or error.
Description
Sets the URL to query when schedule runs.$$ID$$ in the URL is replaced with schedule ID.
Queries http/ftp/sftp URLs with CURL, other URLs passed to OS to open.
