DynaPDF.ResetEncryptionSettings
Resets the encryption settings which were imported from an external PDF file so that the PDF file in memory can be saved unencrypted.

Result
Returns 1, 0 or error.
Description
Resets the encryption settings which were imported from an external PDF file so that the PDF file in memory can be saved unencrypted.If the function succeeds the return value is 1. If the function fails the return value is 0.
