CURL.SetOptionProxySSLCertBlob
Sets private key for proxy cert from memory blob.

Result
Returns OK or error.
Description
Sets private key for proxy cert from memory blob.Pass a text or container value, which contains the private key for connecting to the HTTPS proxy. Compatible with OpenSSL. The format (like "PEM") must be specified with CURL.SetOptionProxySSLKeyType.
