Sets how long a transfer is allowed to run with low speed.

Result
Returns "OK" on success.
Description
Sets how long a transfer is allowed to run with low speed.Pass time in seconds that the transfer should be below the CURL.SetOptionLowSpeedLimit for the library to consider it too slow and abort.
