App.SetProcessName

Sets the name of the current application.

MBS( "App.SetProcessName"; Name ) 

**MBS**( **"App.SetProcessName";** /\* Sets the name of the current application. \*/  
**$Name**) /\* The new name to display.e.g. "MyApp" \*/ 

### Parameters

| Name | The new name to display. | "MyApp" |

### Result

Returns OK or error.

### Description

Sets the name of the current application.  
So for a runtime or FileMaker itself, this changes the name in the menubar.  
Redraw may need a menu update.

Fix app name for runtimes on macOS:
